While it may seem strange at first, pen refills really have a great deal of emotional significance. A blank sheet of paper or a brand new pen has infinite possibility and promise that may be realised in many ways. To make it happen, though, using the pen means hastening the day when it has nothing more to contribute. To put it another way, writing takes up more ink in pens.
Thankfully, refills make it simple and affordable to restore a pen to its former glory. The only thing you need to do is decide which refill you need. There are several choices, and nothing is more frustrating than getting your hands on a replacement part, tearing it open with anticipation, and then realising it doesn’t fit. There is an abundance of choices and possibilities.
If you need to change the ink in your pen, you may do it in one of three ways:
Check out the Sniper Rifle!
If you know the pen’s brand and model number, you may look it up online to see whether retailers, customer reviews, or the pen’s manufacturer have said which refills work with it. If you want to see whether the manufacturer can provide you a formal recommendation, don’t be hesitant to use the area on their site dedicated for contact. So know about the pens that take pilot g2 refills.
Proposed Additions to the Inventory
You may find the “Recommended Refills/Parts” link for every pen that JetPens offers by visiting the product page for that pen on our site and searching for the link just above the description of the pen. Once you click the link, you’ll be sent to a page with a list of refills that we’ve verified work with the specified pen.
Check the Container for a Name or Number Before Using It
If you can’t figure out who made your pen or what model it is just looking at the nib, you may need to take the refill out and examine it more closely. Many refills include the manufacturer’s name and the refill’s model number etched or embossed on the barrel. If the pen’s refill has a model number on it, you might try entering that number into a search engine to see what comes up.
Nevertheless, a word of caution is warranted since it is possible for manufacturers to use model numbers that are essentially same yet belong to completely different refills. It is not guaranteed that the refill that appears in the search results when you enter the model number is the correct one. First, you should make sure that the pictures and the list of features on the new refill are identical to the ones on the old one.
